A mountain stream appears to emerge from the top of the mountainside property and in its 250 foot long journey it falls first 9 feet between buildings, then under the driveway, by the residence, and splashes into a pond embraced by the driveway 25 feet below. The stream recycles the water and is designed to run in all seasons, even in the 9 degree below zero temperatures of winter at 8,500 feet.
